Next to the property are woodland trails running beside the River Traun, ideal for walking, cycling and running. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. After renovations in 2013 and 2014 the property now offers a choice of different accommodation units. Four of the rooms have a balcony with panoramic mountain views and feature a king-sized double bed with a luxury mattress and bedding. The apartment features a kitchen and dining area. A small twin room does not offer a balcony. All of the en-suite rooms come with a flat-screen TV featuring an integrated DVD player.
