Fill in your impressions: Nebola odhrabaná prijazdová cesta - bolo na nej 10-15 cm utlačeného snehu pod ktorým bol ľad. Nebola ani posypaná štrkom. Keďže máme ťažké cca 2,5t auto, nevedeli sme ráno výjsť (do kopca na hlavnú cestu) a stratili sme s tým viac ako polhhodinu, pričom sme už mohli lyžovať. Domáci nás nakoniec vytlačili, ale podľa môjho názoru príjazdová cesta mala byť odhrabaná. Okrem toho sa v penzióne prerábalo, o čom sme tiež neboli dopredu informovaní. Našťastie sme tam spali len jednu noc. Inak v lete to tam môže byť pekné. Domáci bol ústretový v tom, že nám dal do izby navyše ohrievač. Spali sme v 6-posteľovej izbe, kúpeľňa bola nevyhovujúca a bola v nej zima (kúpeľňa v 6-ke nemá radiátor)..

Fill in your impressions: Pristup personalu a ubytovacie zariadenie a vybavenie v izbe vyhovovalo nasim poziadavkam na docasne ubytovanie. Prevadzkovatel penzionu bol ustretovy a vedel sa prisposobit pripravou ranajok a vecere casu nasho odchodu, ci prichodu. V porovnani s inymi ubytovacimi zariadeniami nam vsak chybali standardne sluzby, napr. pri ranajkach na stole by nemalo chybat minimalne maslo. Takisto izby by mohli byt pocas pobytu udrziavane v cistote (minimalne dlazka v izbe). Na prizemi mi chybala lavica na prezuvanie, aby sa spina s hory nenanosila do izieb.Takisto majitel prevadzky vlastni psa, ktory mal moznost vybehu na terasu, na ktorej, kedze nemal inu moznost, obcas vykonal svoju potrebu.I ked majitel penzionu vyuziva vonkajsie priestory i na usporiaduvanie roznych spolocenskych akcii, nasou negativnou skusenostou bola oslava v nocnych hodinach, na ktoru nas majitel dopredu neupozornil, a ktora sa koncila v neskorych nocnych hodinach (po 22 hod).
