Cottage on a shared property with the owner in a vineyard area on the outskirts of the village Modra.

•   2-bedded room, dayroom with two extra beds (fold-out couch) and TV, radio, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette (eletrical double stove-top, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle).

Garden furniture, garden grill, fireplace, sandpit, swing. Electrical heating. The landlord speaks also German. Wine tasting (house owners are dedicated to wine making). Stony access road. No smoking in the cottage. Parking by the cottage. Grocery shop 3km. Restaurant 3km. Bus 1.5km. Train (station Šenkvice) 3km.
