A 9 emeletes szálloda épületén a név - ALESSANDRA - vagy a Hotel felirat nem szerepel, csak útbaigazítás révén derül ki, melyik épület. A szálloda recepcióján az előre megadott helyben fizetendő összeg kétszeresét kívánták fizettetni, feltehetően hibás adminisztráció következtében.
