W najbliższym sąsiedztwie hotelu wyciąg narciarski (ok. 200 m) dobrze naśnieżony, niestety brak wyciągu krzesełkowego, są tylko orczyki. Trasy bardzo fajne. W okresie 12-19 luty polecam ze względu na ferie słowackie od 21 lutego, na stoku pojedyncze osoby. Jedzenie w hotelu na 5..

va multumesc pentru serviciile acordate. Sejurul a fost foarte frumos, zona este splendida iar serviciile au fost foarte bune, aproape de excelent. Interesant ar fi fost daca o parte din personal ar fi cunoscut mai bine limba engleza pentru o mai buna conversatie si intelegere. Aceasta locatie va fi o optiune serioasa pentru viitor atat pentru pozitia pe care o ocupa cat si pentru facilitatile pe care le are ( partie de schi in apropiere, liniste permanenta, zona geografica exceptionala, bazin de inot).

A szállást ismertük, mert már több évben voltunk ott, nekünk nem okozott csalódást. Az elmúlt években folyamatosan javultak a körülmények, a személyzet nyelvtudása.
Kifejezetten kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak, mikor hivatalos ügyintézésben - síbalesetet szenvedett egyik résztvevőnk - hozzájuk fordultunk.
Köszönjük az Önök munkáját is, máskor is szívesen fordulunk irodájukhoz.

Va multumim pentru sejurul petrecut in Slovacia prin intermediul agentiei de turism LIMBA si a dumneavoastra personal. Tot grupul care am petrecut in Drienica s-a simtit bine si am fost incantati de conditiile de recreere existente (partii de ski, bazin, sauna, imprejurimi, etc.)
Ca si propunere care ar putea fii luata in considerare este prezentarea informatiilor la hotel, partie si bazin si in limba engleza.
Va multumim inca o data si daca aveti oferte care considerati ca sunt interesante va rugam sa ni le transmiteti. všetko veľmi dobre-maximalna spokojnosť.privitali by sme viac informacii v anglickom jazyku

Ne-am simtit foarte bine in Slovacia, sejurul a fost foarte placut,gazdele au fost primitoare.Speram ca si in viitor sa mai apelam la serviciile dumneavoastra si in alte locatii.
Va multumim pentru ca ne-ati ajutat sa petrecem un sejur de neuitat.
Na Slovensku sme sa citili veľmi dobre.Pobyt bol veľmi príjemny,ubytovatelia tiež..Dufame v ďalšej spolupraci s Vami pri ďalšich pobytoch.Ďakujeme že ste nám pomohli prežiť nezabudnuteľny pobyt.

Köszönöm érdeklődését az üdülés hogytelte felől! A szevezéssel teljes mértékben meg voltunk elégedve, a félpanziós szolgáltatás is nagyon jó volt!
Észrevételem az volt, hogy az ottdolgozók eggyike sem beszélt gyakorlatilag semmilyen szinten magyarul, pedig ahogy elnéztük a vendégek elég nagy számban magyarok voltak, és a szállónak csak az előnyére válhatna egy magyarul is beszélő munkatárs! Az első két nap a bárpultban dolgozó hölgy nagyon ellenséges volt velünk, amit sajnálattal vettünk és nem értettük hogy miért is van ez, de mivel semmilyen idegen nyelven nem beszélt így ezt a problémát nem tudtuk kiküszöbölni! De mindezektől függtelenül jól éreztük magunkat, és ha tehetjük a jövőben is igénybe veszzük a szolgáltatásaikat!

Az ellátással és a környezettel nagyon mrg voltunk elégedve.
A fogadtatás , megértési problémák amik kezdetben jelentkeztek a rohangálások a folyosón mint a kollégiumban ezeket leszámítva elégedettek voltunk.

A szolgáltatással, színvonallal is elégedettek voltunk.
Szeretnénk kérni, hogy emeletet is lehessen választani, hisz a harmadik emelet már fárasztó a mi korosztályunknak. Nagyon szép volt a harmadik emeleti társalgó és a szobák is kényelmesek, de sokat kellett lépcsőzni. Magyarul beszélő recepciós gondolom még nem jelentkezett, a szegényes angol tudásunkat szerencsére megértették.

jedno co nam chybalo boli slovenske narodne jedla v restike.

Byli velmi spokojeni, hotel jednoduse ale úcelne zarízený, personál vstrícný, jídlo dobré. Problémy nebyly zádné ani s jídlem ani s placením. Lyzování i pocasí výborné. Jedinou drobností byl nedostatek hotových lídel (pouze minutky) a také
absence slovenských vyhlásených jídel jako napr. halusky s brynzou.
V kazdém prípade spokojenost na 90%, za coz vsem velmi dekuji.

Všetko v poriadku. Vybavenie hotela bolo jednoduché (vidno, že vybavenie je používané, WC tieklo, inak dobré). S personálom a s okolím sme boli spokojní.

Na začiatku sme mali problém s pridelením izby, potom sme dostali apartmán, ten bol v poriadku, tiež prístup personálu. Hotel bol síce cez noc hlučný (zahraničné zájazdy v spoločných priestoroch robili hluk), ale celkovo to potom šlo a bolo dobre.
