S pobytem v Tatralandii jsme byli velmi spokojeni, kvalita služeb i přístup ubytovatele na jedničku.

Witam Pobyt w Tatralandii jak najbardziej znakomity, wszystko bylo super zorganizowane.

Szlovákia gyönyörű,a szállás tiszta.kifogástalan,kényelmes és a télli időjárásnak megfelelően kellemes meleg. A nagy havazás ellenére az utakat ragyogóan karbantartották.Az étterem olcsó,a kiszolgálás megfelelő.Egyedül a fürdő zsufoltsága okozott némi fejfájást,de a Biovital sauna kárpótolt minket. Terveink szerint visszatérünk Szlovákiába igénybe véve az önök szolgáltatásait. Javaslom,hogy a szállodákban illetve az apartmanokban legyen magyar nyelvű progamfüzet,ismertető mivel egyre több túrista látogat hazánkból Önökhöz .Áraik jelenleg Európában az egyik legkedvezőbbek. Célszerű lenne a Tatralandia fürdőben legalább angolul kiírni a fontosabb információkat,mivel a lengyel és a szlovák nem mindenki számára érthető. Ez az elvárás fogalmazódik meg a fontosabb látványoságokkal kapcsolatban.A múzeumokban jó lenne,ha a látnivalókról szóló ismertető legalább egy vilkágnyelven (angol) olvasható lenne.
